• Changing Weather Conditions Make for an Eventful Second Weekend for Kristoff Cox in the Belcar Sprint Cup

Changing weather conditions made for a challenging second weekend of the season for Belgian racer Kristoff Cox in the Belcar Sprint Cup, as round two of the championship took place at Circuit Zolder

Competing in Class 2, Cox set a strong qualifying time that put a podium finish firmly within reach heading into race day. However, changing weather conditions during the race itself made for a difficult and unpredictable outing, as the shifting track surface tested drivers’ adaptability throughout.

“Qualifying gave us real hope for a podium — the pace was there,” said Kristoff Cox. “But the weather turned during the race and made things a lot more difficult. It’s frustrating when you know the potential was there, but that’s racing, and we’ll take the positives from qualifying into the next round.”

Looking ahead, Kristoff Cox and the team will now turn their attention to the next round of the Belcar Sprint Cup calendar, aiming to build on the lessons learned at the New Race Festival and continue their push up the order.
