EJ Automotive’s Mazda MX5 Cup cars, run by Dutch outfit Ferry Monster Autosport for the Benelux Mazda MX5 Cup round at the Nürburgring, delivered a dominant weekend, taking pole position and winning both races with driver Lorenzo van Riet.
Van Riet topped qualifying and converted pole into victory in both races of the weekend, showing strong pace throughout. Also flying the EJ Automotive flag was Pim van Riet, Lorenzo’s father, who brought his car home in 5th and 8th place across the two races.
A standout result for the EJ Automotive-built MX5s, proving their pace in the hands of the Ferry Monster Autosport squad.
